'' As a Registered Kinesiologist I feel both expected and equipped to help people live their best lives possible.  Being part of CON-YYZ allows me the opportunity to collaborate with other health care professionals who like myself want to give back and provide education and resources to those who need it most.
With obesity rates on the rise, there is a need for change.  CON-YYZ is made up of health practitioners, educators, fitness professionals, researchers, and policy makers all working together towards one common goal.  When people decide to take the steps to create change in their lives, CON-YYZ is there to help educate them, link them with resources, support them, and facilitate the change.  Hearing the success stories of members who have reached out to CON-YYZ is truly rewarding and creates more fire and passion in the CON-YYZ team to continue inspiring and educating the community.
