The Paleo diet has emerged as a popular nutritional protocol over recent years for people looking to lose weight and improve health. In my opinion, it definitely has a lot of sound principles going for it. Here are a few guidelines I would recommend to get the best out of your Paleo lifestyle.

Paleo to me doesn’t necessarily mean low carbohydrate. Sure foods like pasta, breads and cereals are eliminated which is great but surely potatoes, sweet potatoes and colored vegetables which were around during the paleolithic era have their place in this type of lifestyle.

TIP 2

Diet is primarily based on Protein, Fat and Veggies. This to me is one of the best aspects of the Paleo diet. Meals like this are filling, provide a wide range of vitamins & minerals and are ideal for body composition.
