A self-proclaimed health and fitness 'nut', he enjoys continually educating himself on healthy body mechanics and movement, as well as supplementation through proper nutrition. He believes that an effective and personalized training program involves both the physical and nutritional to maximize client results.
Alex has a personal passion for living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys circuit training, running, weightlifting, yoga, and basketball. His affinity for positive, healthy movement has lead him to develop a high pace training style that challenges his clients, with a focus on preventing chronic injuries and improving posture.
