Alex has been involved in the sports and fitness industry for over 10 years. His passion for movement began in his early twenties when he began to find ways to help people prevent chronic injuries by improving the way they move while training to improve their posture.
Alex is a self proclaimed health geek who spends his spare time studying the movement of the body, as well as supplementation through food. He has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle, participating in different forms of exercise such as circuit training, running, weightlifting, yoga, basketball among many others.
He has always been an advocate for combining exercise as a part of a healthy lifestyle, as well as putting heavy emphasis on diet and nutrition in order to maximize results.
He strives to incorporate an individualized nutritional plan for all his clients along with a personalized training regiment in order to help them reach their goals.
