Amanda Ead attended The University of Toronto and obtained a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education. She has always had a passion for fitness and health, which drove her towards this field. She has participated in a wide range of sports, from Hockey as a Goalie to Softball as a 3 baseman. Health and wellness has always been a focal point in Amanda’s life, which motivated her to become a Personal Trainer to help others develop a love for fitness. She wants to become a Speech Language Pathologist, to help educate and empower those with their restricted communication abilities. She wants to merge fitness and communication in her upcoming years, and will be returning to school in her.
Amanda views health and physical education as a critical part of everyones lives, that should be maximized to prolong disease free years and longevity. Amanda regularly trains in the gym, along with participating with kayaking, cycling, and hot yoga to mix up her workouts! Amandaloves bringing energy and enthusiasm to each session, as every client achieving their goals reminds herself why she pursued this field! She loves seeing that “eureka” moment in clients, when they develop a love for fitness and realizing what is best for them. Amanda’s goal is to enrich clients with a wealth of health and physical knowledge, to create sustainable and permanent healthy lifestyles.
