Ashley is a health and wellness professional with over 10 years of multifaceted experience. Her educational training in Kinesiology and background in dance have provided her with practical knowledge that ensures attention to proper form while leading her clients through high intensity training sessions.
Ashley applies the scientific principles of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to create challenging, fun, safe and effective workouts for a variety of clients, including individuals in post rehab. A driven fitness professional, she enjoys continuing her fitness education with various courses and certifications, as well as her own conditioning through running, dance surfing and yoga. While Ashley always brings a smile and sunny disposition to every training session, don't let that fool you - once the workout begins its game on!
