Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Cynthia grew up playing competitive soccer and running track & field, where she was introduced to sport-specific training and the world of strength and conditioning. She eventually moved to Vancouver, BC to pursue a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Master of Management at the University of British Columbia, where she began her involvement in the health and fitness space. She began her personal training career in 2014 at Terminal City Club, Vancouver’s oldest private members club, where she was able to apply her coursework towards helping people achieve their fitness goals. In October 2018, she moved to Toronto to continue a career in fitness and honing her skills and knowledge to continue providing an optimal training experience for her clients.

Cynthia specializes in fat loss, sport-specific conditioning, and functional training through fundamental movement patterns. She firmly believes in helping clients learn more about their bodies and how they respond to exercise, nutrition, and the daily stressors in their life. Her core philosophy is simple: Take care of your body and it will take care of you. From making the decision to improve your health to building healthier habits, Cynthia will guide you throughout your fitness journey as you become your best self.
