Daniel had been extremely overweight for the majority of his childhood and teenage years, before making the decision to change his life through physical activity and correct nutrition.
After adopting a healthier lifestyle, he noticed that physical activity not only transformed his body, but his mental state as well. After recognizing this, teaching others how to use health and fitness as a means to healthier life became his passion. Since then, he has gone on to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the health and fitness program from Mohawk College, competing in powerlifting, and is currently enrolled in completing a Bachelor's of Health Science and Kinesiology at Sheridan College.
Daniel's main goal is to keep training interesting and engaging, while getting you to the maintenance stage of being your best self.
