Danielle graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, as well as a diploma from Humber College in Fitness and Health Promotion. She uses her experience in Psychology as a mind, body and spirit connection approach to fitness.
She ran competitive track and field and was a short sprinter for over 10 years, was an Ontario OFSAA champion in the 100m, and received a partial scholarship to run division one track and field in University. Danielle’s passion for fitness grew outside of track and field after graduating and has continued ever since. She has been a certified personal trainer since 2015, and is also currently a group fitness coach.
She continues to find joy in helping people achieve their goals mentally and physically with her unique skill set. Danielle also has interests in yoga, holistic nutrition, as well as running/sprinting. She enjoys the outdoors and has lived by the idea that you don’t need a gym to get fit and reach your goals! Danielle hopes to continue to help and inspire others on this journey we call life, catering to each persons individual needs and lifestyle.
