Jenny’s journey with fitness began eight years ago when she discovered her love of Yoga. Her academic training actually started with a degree in Accounting but she realized that a that a relatively sedentary career was not one that appealed to her. This led her to an education in health and fitness, obtaining her Personal Training Specialist (PTS) certification through CanFitPro. Having personally dealt with health challenges like fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and digestive issues, Jenny became increasingly interested in the notion that food is medicine. As such, she also pursued studies in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she loves to share healthy recipes and food tips with her personal training clients. Her training style leverages skills and knowledge from yoga, running, strength training, conditioning and HIIT. Jenny also has an intense passion for dance, so she developed and launched HIIT Hop Canada, a dance workshop that incorporates choreography, cardio and functional exercises!
