Kelley Clayton grew up loving sports and being extremely active. She enjoyed playing baseball, being on the track team, completing her Bronze Medallion for swimming and competing in finals for javelin and sprints. She found her true calling for personal training when she was in University for Interior Design and realized how much she loved assisting individuals in their fitness journeys. Kelley has completed several certifications including; Darby Training Systems, Powerlifting, Kettlebell, VIPR, and Bronze Medallion.
Kelley aids in assisting individuals with previous injuries, and with 4 years of experience under her belt she is used to dealing with rehabilitating clients with injuries. "It is an amazing feeling watching someone struggle with pain to watching them progress to having no pain and becoming a new stronger version of themselves".
