Kelley Clayton found her true calling as a personal trainer when she was in University for interior design and realized how much she loved assisting individuals in their fitness journeys. Kelley has completed several certifications including Darby Training Systems, Powerlifting, Kettlebell, VIPR, and Bronze Medallion. Kelley grew up loving sports and enjoyed playing basketball, being on the track team, completing her Bronze Medallion for swimming, as well as competing in finals for javelin and sprints.
Kelley has many years of practical experience assisting and rehabilitating individuals with previous injuries. She finds immense joy in being able to help her clients, who have struggled with pain, as they progress to becoming a more confident, stronger versions of themselves. Whether you are new to the fitness scene, or are an avid exercise enthusiast, Kelley will guide you through your health and fitness goals and help you to achieve a sustainable lifestyle along the way!
