Laurie King has been a personal trainer for 15 years. Promoting healthy habits, not restrictions. She believes it’s all about a balanced lifestyle!
Laurie raised her daughters in Bobcaygen before moving to Collingwood and finally settling in Toronto. She loves being active and enjoys all 4 season by participating in alpine and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, tennis, golf, running, kayaking and cycling. Laurie is always on the move.
Her belief is that there is no one size fits all approach to training. With your goals in mind, she creates a personalized fitness plan that helps you feel transformed, energized and proud of yourself!
