Natalie Hallman is a certfied personal trainer who has been working in Toronto with individuals to better their health since 2009. Her desire to spread fitness and health started through self-transformation. She believes that exercise is not only important for your body, but your mind as well. Natalie instills the importance of self-growth on her clients so they can be the best versions of themselves. Natalie is well versed in fitness, nutrition and wellness coaching and has a passion to broaden the awareness to those around her.
Natalie is also a certified exercise physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP). She believes in habit change when monitoring your lifestyle approach to fitness and health.
