Ray Ancheta has been in fitness from an early age, when he started at grade school, competing in Track & Field at 200m and partaking in the relay team. Then he committed to martial arts, football, baseball and volleyball, but was conscious of being very thin at 5'10 119 lbs. That's when his journey with weight training started. Within 2 years of reading up on everything, he became self motivated and planned a program for gaining healthy weight. By 2005, he decided to get certified as a Personal Trainer, upon completing further certifications in TRX, ViPr, Functional Nutrition, FST Level 1, DTS Level 1, and Fitness Kickboxing Level 1. Having helped many clients throughout the years to reach their goals, he focused on weight loss, muscle gain, rehab and sport specific training.
Ray's passion for training has helped many clients not just physically, but also mentally. Being able to see people overcome depression like himself, to have mothers, fathers and grandparents be able to spend time with their kids and not be just an observer, gives him great satisfaction. To have someone battle cancer and survive. To have another battle at living a long life and all it has to offer. Just to be able to say that he has made an impact on somebody's well being and be apart of that journey marks ''incredible''. Using different methods to achieve a positive outcome, promoting functional health, and utilizing full body training.
