Danielle Bennett

REGISTERED KINESIOLOGIST, TRAINER

Danielle Bennett is an inspirational and motivational Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Coach.  Danielle attended the University of Waterloo where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.  She then went on to become a Coach through the Certified Coaches Federation and most recently completed the Diabetes Education Certification at Michener Institute. Lately, she has been a practical instructor in the Kinesiology program at the University of Toronto.

Danielle believes that health and wellness is the key to preventing sickness and disease, adding years to your life, and life to your years!  Having worked with clients suffering from heart disease and diabetes to elite athletes to high stress executives, Danielle has the ability to help you achieve your greatest fitness goals.

Through assessing, goal setting, and coaching, Danielle will ensure that every minute you spend in the gym counts.   Whether the objective is physical or psychological, each session will leave you feeling empowered, which will transfer to every other aspect of your life.

sPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Danielle grew up participating in recreational sports and activities such as soccer, dance, kung-fu, and kickboxing.  During University, she became an avid runner. She has now participated in multiple half-marathons, fun runs, and obstacle courses. Whether it’s organized sports or unstructured activity, Danielle loves to get outside and move.

She stays healthy and fit to ensure she is able to participate in any activity and to continue beating her personal running times. Taking her personal experience and professional background, Danielle not only helps athletes recover from injury, but also specializes in preparing you for peak performance.

Her expertise from working closely with practitioners in the clinical environment, and hours of assessing functional needs, gives her all the knowledge needed to pursue your specific goals.
