Jenny Lam

TRAINER

Jenny Lam is a Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.  Her mission is to inspire people to become the Best Versions of them selves by accomplishing their Health and Fitness goals.  Jenny’s journey in the fitness world began eight years ago when she discovered her love with Yoga.  She began to explore different methods of training and developed a passion for bettering herself and others around her.  Since then it has led her to obtain her Personal Training Specialist (PTS) through CanFitPro, as well as pursue her studies in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Jenny studied Accounting in Ryerson University. While she was in school, she worked in the service industry to support her education. For over a decade, she has been working in client care and loves the personable approach. Becoming an accountant and living the sedentary lifestyle no longer appealed to her. Although waitressing is a very active occupation, she realized that her lifestyle is very unhealthy. After dealing with her own health challenges like fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and digestive issues, Jenny became increasingly interested in the notion that food is medicine. She now shares her knowledge to empower her clients to take health into their own hands.

Jenny shares healthy recipes, motivation and workout tips through social media. She believes in leading by example by training consistently and healing her body though optimal nutrition. Her training style includes Yoga, running, strength, conditioning and HIIT. Utilizing her training from her Bootcamp classes downtown, Jenny has a love of dance, so she set up HIIT Hop Canada, a dance workshop that incorporates choreography, cardio and functional exercises. Her goal is to empower and motivate individuals towards a more positive, healthy active lifestyle by raising importance of physical health.
