Jesse Tippett is a certified personal trainer with CanFitPro, a 4-year bikini competitor in the OPA and a national marathon runner. Jesse specializes in training women with resistance bands & weight lifting (includes free weight, cables and barbells). She has competed in several fitness competitions.
Jesse can target specific areas of the body clients would like to focus on and structure a workout to achieve the client's goal. Jesse can also provide high-intensity interval training for clients with weight loss goals or focus on whole body workouts for overall strength, health and symmetry.
