Sarah Latter


It was during her 4 years spent studying Kinesiology at Queen’s University that Sarah Latter realized her true passion in life was health and fitness. Studying the human body, human movement and health provided her with an entirely new perspective on what it means to live a happy, healthy, balanced and ACTIVE lifestyle.

It taught her to appreciate, challenge and respect her body and it taught her that exercising is certainly not just about looking good (although that is important too!). After finishing her degree, she returned home to Toronto where she completed her personal trainer’s certification and quickly begun immersing herself in the fitness industry. In addition to personal training, Sarah is a spinning instructor and Lagree instructor.

Sarah has always been into working out; she’ll try just about anything as long as it makes her sweat! While she enjoys all types of workouts, her preferred methods include resistance training (powerlifting), HIIT, boxing and of course, Lagree.

While being active is important, she also knows the importance of nutrition and fueling your body for optimal performance. With this, she has developed a keen interest in nutrition and you can often find her in the kitchen coming up with healthy spins on classic dishes.

Sarah’s aim is to provide her clients with enjoyable, safe and efficient workouts that are always challenging (physically and mentally).  Ultimately, she hopes that her clients leave feeling empowered and wanting more!
