Sergio Pedemonte is a charismatic, energetic and positive personal trainer who currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. He has a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion program from Humber College and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Kickboxing Instructor. In his free time, Sergio trains and competes in amateur Boxing. He also has a background in Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Muai Thai, Jui Jitsu and other martial arts.
