As someone who personally struggled to reach goals and understand her body, I know how vital it is to have a personalized workout program catered to your needs, wants, and aspirations. each 60 minute workout will focus on the many layers of a balanced program. Because you are your own person, I cater each session to what you are looking to achieve while still challenging both your mobility and stability. I will provide a personalized workout plan for both the days we workout together and are apart.
