Condo Personal Training
We’ve been offering condo personal training for the past 11 years, mainly in Toronto. Over time, we’ve expanded throughout the GTA, across Ontario, and into other provinces. Our goal is to help you get fit right in your condo building, no matter what equipment you have available.
Whether your condo gym has dumbbells, resistance bands, limited space, or a more complete setup, we show you how to make the most of it. We build workout programs based on your goals and the equipment in your condo gym, so you can train effectively and get results in a way that works for you.
Don’t have a condo and want to train at home? Try our in home personal trainers. If you're located in downtown Toronto, we also have a private personal training studio in Toronto available by appointment only for added privacy.
