Your House Fitness has been offering condo personal training for the past 11 years, mainly in Toronto. Over time, we’ve expanded throughout the GTA, across Ontario, and into other provinces. Our goal is to help you get fit right in your condo building, no matter what equipment you have available.
Whether your condo gym has dumbbells, resistance bands, limited space, or a more complete setup, we show you how to make the most of it. We build workout programs based on your goals and the equipment in your condo gym, so you can train effectively and get results in a way that works for you.

Many of our clients train in their condo gym because it is convenient, private, and already has equipment available. Our trainers can work with the equipment provided in your building and customize the workout based on your goals, fitness level, space, and available machines.
Please note that every condo has different rules. Some condos allow outside personal trainers with no issue, some may require proof of insurance, and others may not allow outside trainers in the gym at all. If you are interested in training in your condo gym, we recommend checking with your condo management or concierge first.
Your House Fitness can help guide you through the process and let you know what information may be needed before your first session.
