Certified Personal Trainer

Tina is a graduate of Western University with a BA in Kinesiology and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With over 10 years of active involvement in the fitness industry, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having previously competed as a dragon boat athlete and served as a strength coach.

Tina is passionate about cheering others on in their fitness journeys and helping them feel confident and strong in their own bodies. She operates on the belief that the human body is built for movement and that every individual has the potential to surprise themselves with what they are capable of achieving.

By designing sessions tailored specifically to each client’s goals, preferences, personality, and training experience, Tina helps her clients overcome barriers and build a solid fitness foundation. Her top priority is ensuring that every client feels supported and encouraged, while making sure they have some fun along the way.
