I’m Chelsea, a certified personal trainer with a lifelong love for movement and strength. Fitness has shaped my life in many ways—from competing in international ski racing and representing Ontario at the Whistler Cup to playing competitive tennis at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club. Over the years, I’ve expanded my training, earning certifications in pilates and cycling, and deepening my understanding of strength and performance.
I’ve always believed that fitness is about more than just working out—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and feeling strong in both body and mind. My goal is to take everything I’ve learned and help my clients reach their goals, move better, and feel great.
