With a background in competitive sports and over 9 years of consistent training, Kianna has experienced firsthand the transformative effects of fitness. It’s given her confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to her body. She believes that real progress comes from showing up, learning, and growing, instead of chasing perfection.

Her approach blends strength, flexibility, and mindful movement—drawing from yoga, animal flows, and functional training—to help clients feel empowered and in tune with their bodies.

Whether someone is unsure where to start, struggling to stay consistent, or simply looking for a supportive and knowledgeable trainer, Kianna meets them where they are. She works collaboratively to build personalized plans that focus on longevity through small, actionable steps that actually work
