With five years of experience as a personal trainer and nine years into her own fitness journey, Jamie shows up every day excited to help people succeed in reaching their fitness goals. She takes a science-based approach, while allowing for personalized application—understanding that every individual is unique and that no two lifestyles are the same.

Jamie’s goal is to create programs that align with her clients’ personal objectives and to implement them in a way that builds a sustainable long-term fitness routine.

Having lost 40 pounds herself, Jamie understands the importance of not just reaching goals, but maintaining those results for years to come. She focuses on education, habit-building, and always provides the extra push her clients need to create lasting change.

Her programming style is centered around weight training. On the gym floor, form and proper execution are her top priorities. She is dedicated to helping her clients get stronger, move better, and feel more confident.
