Emily is a dedicated athlete and former soccer player with an unstoppable passion for fitness, movement, and overall well-being. As a NASM-certified personal trainer with over two years of experience, she has helped countless women unlock their confidence, build strength, and step into their power—both inside and outside the gym.
Emily believes that true transformation goes beyond physical results. Her coaching is grounded in developing a mindset of resilience, self-love, and empowerment, empowering her clients to grow in every aspect of their lives.
She holds an additional 12-week mentorship certification in biomechanics and kinesiology, giving her a strong foundation in human movement, strength training, and injury prevention. This expertise allows her to design thoughtful, goal-driven programs that help clients move efficiently and pain-free—whether they’re beginners or experienced athletes.
Emily’s training style is rooted in authenticity, consistency, and high energy. She creates a positive, welcoming space where clients feel supported and motivated. Her mission is simple: to help women feel strong, confident, and unstoppable in their bodies—while achieving balance in mind, body, and soul.
