With over 15 years of competitive soccer experience—including winning City Championships in grade 8, earning multiple MVP awards, and competing on Seneca College’s Women’s Soccer team—I’ve always been driven by passion, discipline, and growth. I’m also proud to be recognized as a National Scholar.
While soccer was my first love, my journey into the gym began just two years ago when I enrolled in Seneca’s Fitness & Health Promotion Program. Like many beginners, I was intimidated and unsure where to start. I remember my first visit to the gym—lifting a few dumbbells and walking out because I felt completely out of place. But I kept showing up. Eventually, I fell in love with the process, the progress, and most importantly, the mental and physical transformation.
The gym became more than a place to work out—it became a judgment-free zone where I grew confident, strong, and proud of my body. Today, I feel more empowered than ever, and my mission is to help others—especially women—experience that same transformation.
I know what it’s like to be the “thin girl” unsure of how to begin. That’s why I’m passionate about coaching beginners, helping clients break through mental barriers, and guiding them toward their goals—whether it’s strength, confidence, performance, or overall wellness.
Now graduating with a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion, I’m excited to help others get started, stay committed, and level up—both in the gym and in their sport.
