  • Personal Training Specialist (PTS)
  • First Aid & CPR

Jenna is a Western University graduate with a BSc. Honors in Kinesiology. Her educational background has left her well versed in human anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation studies. As such, Jenna applies these principles to create safe and creative workout sessions that produce rapid results. Jenna has worked with a variety of clients ranging from elite athletes, everyday workingwomen, and elderly individuals.

Throughout her education, Jenna has developed a passion for resistance training as well as High Intensity Interval Training (HITT), transferring her knowledge of functional movement into performance in the weight room.  She is open to all forms of fitness activity and loves to engage in new exercises, thriving in the face of challenges. In addition, Jenna is involved in recreational sports including volleyball, tennis, and soccer. A strong believer in leading by example, Jenna is a regular gym goer, who carefully monitors her nutrition and teaches clients how to do the same.

When working with Jenna you can expect a trainer that is high energy, positive and motivational. She will hold you accountable and push you to your limits.  Ultimately, Jenna will take your goals and turn them into reality!
