Jolene Kohne


Jolene Kohne has always had a passion for helping people, which is what lead her to pursue her degree in Kinesiology.

Assisting as a Kinesiologist in the clinical and fitness environment,  Jolene has implemented many rehabilitation programs, helping people overcome pain and various functional issues, in the pursuit of achieving their desired wellness goals.

Since graduation she has worked in a variety of settings with very different clientele from cardiac rehabilitation, to workplace injuries, group fitness and personal training. Her Kinesiology background forms the foundation of her training style, which elicits a great attention to detail and well-rounded care of any imbalances or injuries. Jolene does more than count sets and reps for you, she helps you achieve your goals by making you move more efficiently. She has a passion for helping you not only achieve the goals you have for yourself but discover new goals you never knew were achievable for yourself. Her personal fitness endeavours include fitness competitions and running. She also is extremely interested in how we fuel our bodies to perform optimally.
